Our luxury fruit cakes taste delicious as they are completely homemade using our very own unique recipes. The fruits have been steeped in spirits until they are plump and succulent resulting in an unrivalled moist and aromatic cake.
We always bake with the finest quality fruits, nuts and chocolate in our recipes, excellent spirits and of course we only ever use butter and organic flour. We don't just use free range eggs, we also collect them daily from our own flock of hens - you can't get fresher than that!
As you would expect from a cake that has a high fruit content, our cakes keep very well, many would say that they improve with age (if you can resist eating the whole cake straight away!)
